At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost). It will ask you to work on multiple projects but will hardly appreciate or value your work.
They will ask you to come to the office on Sunday for business critical work and won't give any cab or food facilities.
You will be involved in multiple extra work, which you normally don't do in other service based companies. But there is no benefits/perks for that, you just end up doing extra work!!
