Hi fishes! The hiring manager has asked me for salary expectations of B6 Data Analyst and my experience is 3.5 yrs with a CTC of 6.65. Considering I have to move to Bangalore l'm thinking of asking 13 or 14.. is it a big ask? If so, what do you think is a good ask? Please help. Thanks in advance :)

Hi,
I'm currently having an offer from BlueOptima and Cohesity and am conflicted between the two.
I have offers in the SDET profile.
Cohesity Inc is providing me MTS and @BlueOptima is providing SDET-1.
Glassdoor reviews more of less place the two companies almost equally, and the package being offered by the two is almost in the same range.
My preferences include:
Learning opportunities in the role.
Company's work environment.
Company's growth prospects, are also a consideration.
YOE: 2 years

Keep using your product thoroughly like a customer would. Identify the pain points and improvement areas. Ask your team mates/ friends/ relatives to use and provide directions. Download and analyze competitor products in the same manner. Ask your manager for directions. Talk to your existing clients/ marketing/ sales teams for input. Build a strategy around what you find.
Prioritize based on 1. Source of request 2. Urgency of request 3. Value ad from request 4. Impact on overall strategy and product 5. Technical feasibility. There are other parameters too which you learn to assess as you move along.
If the information is limited you can refer to a similar market or product to make analysis.
Mine is a niche market so info abt most of the product features are not publicly available
