I mentioned 4months extra experience for my current role instead of actual experience.. company is same
It's just that I moved to other team within same company but mentioned 4 months earlier than actual joining time.

Hi all.
Pretty disappointed now as my request for a counter offer revision in IBM has been rejected by the business team. I have an offer of 14.41 in a Big4(Fixed: 11,variable 3:41) & IBM is offering me Fixed 12.5(including retirals-13.31).

Sad part is they are considering only fixed part for revision & r saying that we r offering you more than ur fixed. They r saying u will get variable on top of this. In reality, IBM hardly gives any variable.
Guys, is there still a way to revise the offer?
