So I have been in corporate for 5.5 years. 3 years front end and 2.5 years UX Design.
I left my first job at 5 lpa. In my first switch, I didn't tell about my dev exp. but got 9lpa cos my existing ctc was low. I just made another switch as product designer at 15 lpa. Again, I showed 4 yrs of experience.
As anyone with 5+ yrs experience is earning 30 lpa. Pls suggest when should I switch & hw to get a good hike!! It seems you get offer on ur existing package :(

Have an offer in hand for PEPI, what is a realistic bonus range for SA? and how many hours would you say you work on average?

I got variable pay of 1 lack, two times after April's appraisal (so total 2 lack). I didn't had variable component mentioned in offer letter, but it was showing up in hr portal. Now payroll people are calling me and asking me to return the 1 lack saying it was done by mistake. What should I do?

1. TCS 19.4 LPA includes 10% VP (Associate Consultant) Delhi 2. WIPRO-25 LPA - includes 10% VP (B3 band team lead) considering it. (Pune) My queries
1.l initially didn't ask for JB from any. Can do that in anyway now as they are offering it to others.
2. What should be considered as good range of package for my yrs of exp. 3. Tech stack should upgrade to be competitive in Market.

I frustrated working in my current organization, It is a product company but manager, consultant and BA are acting like service company, I want to switch I am not expecting too much hike from next company, what answer should I give to next company when they asks me reason to switch?

One more scenario when dealing with counter offer with holding offer for X.

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

Is this recommended approach?
