3) Capgemini.
All are offering same CTC, with slight difference of 1-2 LPA. So Money is not the point here.
Does anyone here know which firm is better in longer run as I want to stay in the company for next 5 years. So I need stability and better YoY increment.
Current CTC - 10 LPA

Does @oracle negotiate for money if anyone will leave early in 3 month?

Deloitte USI is offering me 15.5 LPA+10% variable.
Fujitsu Consulting India is offering me 22 LPA fixed.

I am SAP EWM consultant with 5 Years of exp.

Deloitte's brand value will add a feather to the hat. But heard about its toxic WLB as well. Not aware of the role and project details though.

Fujitsu is offering me an Implementation role and its a long term project for Japanese Manufacturer.

Please help chose between PwC India and Deloitte USI. Both almost offering similar CTC but PwC location is Kolkata whereas Deloitte location is Bangalore.

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. Does it seem unrealistic for my counter offer to be 12k more than the original offer? Considering that the original offer is roughly 8k less than the market salary.
