I have been working in EY India for past 5 years in the cyber security team (Sconn year 1) and recently cracked interview for Deloitte UK. They are offering me 42k fixed with Sconn year 1 designation for London location Can someone provide me the average bracket for Sconn in Deloitte London and maybe help me get an idea of monthly expenses. I am a bachelor and would probably live in a studio / share with a roommate

Get your blood test done , blood sugar ones, rbc, haeboglobon, hba1c etc. Also try to work out at least half an hour each day, any exercise which involves body movement and that increases heart rate, trust me it works wonder on the overall energy levels of the body
Totally agree. I started with just 15 mins walks initally and it did wonders for my sleep and overall mood.
No ,since you are asking this in this group , I would suggest you to change your job.
Major reason is lack of consistent sleep. For example if you are sleeping at different time every night and wake up multiple times during the night (due to high caffeine intake or other reason) that impacts your energy level. Also diet, if you are not eating fresh fruits or veggies that could be one of the reason. Obviously, get a full body checkup done first but many time our lifestyle (especially work from home) is to blame because we are not getting as much movement on an AVERAGE. also, check if you are drinking enough water. And not to forget, if yiu drink alcohol more than once a week and more than 2 drinks per instance, that really impacts your stamina in long run.
Start working from office.. these things happens when you work from bed

get yourself a full body checkup after that have a discussion with a doctor
Please do vitamin d3 and b12 tests looks like have deficiencies of them
