How is the cigna company guys in terms of work life balance?

I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved. I know I’m capable of getting the work done and they must see potential if they hired me. But I feel that if I ask for WFH or other accom. I’m gonna be shooting myself and my career in the foot.

In terms of WLB and less stressful job, which one is better? to move in management role or stay in technical after having 11 yrs of experience.

I have been in my current job for 1 year now as a booking coordinator for a logistics company. When I started I had no idea of what my workload would be, now I noticed that my coworkers took the opportunity to pass most of their job to me. I joined KPMG a while ago from federal consulting. Federal consulting had super good work life balance but I’ve been working at KPMG strategy for a while now. The hours are wild, my managers expect perfection, and I feel like it’s all meaningless. Does anyone else feel like this, how have you dealt with it, and is it like this once you go into industry?

Hi Fishes , i have 7+ years of experience in QA...currently working in tcs. I got offer from EY GDS....i joined tcs 1 year back. I got around 30% hike and lead post in EY...My doubt is it switch from tcs to EY will be worth for me and my carrer ? EY WLB and work culutre all the cases...

Am I the only one left at the end of the month trying to bill 10hour days to meet hours because I slacked off at the beginning of the month? It’s a vicious cycle. Then the end of the month hits and I’m so exhausted that I need to take it was the next week... and the cycle continues

When I joined fish bowl 4 months ago I had no intension to switch , after following the discussions here I made up my mind and started applying and now today I was successful to get an offer from 1 of the big4 with almost 150% hike from my current CTC.
