Hi guys, recently I managed to progress through first stage of the interviews at TripAdvisor.

Of course, now I have a coding assessment coming up which I'm excited for but also overly anxious. I have experience in the industry though.

I guess, the question is, what shall I expect from the interview? Design a simple app like login frontpage or more Leetcode styled questions?

I'm still a Junior. I never had to do coding interviews before.

Is it a bad sign if the company that typically moves fast (as said by former interviewees) is taking a long time to tell you whether or not you move forward to the next round in an interview?

Persistent conducts interviews just for timepass. After clearing all rounds they don't offer. Aspiring candidate dont attend interviews.

I'm currently interviewing for Director of Digital Marketing and Demand Gen roles. I have all the competencies required and can demonstrate all the skills through examples from my experience.

The issue I keep getting stuck at is my lack of people management experience. I have some people management from early roles, led project teams, agencies, and currently mentor people in the company. However the feedback is always lack of people mgmt exp.
