Hi guys. Staff 2 responding to CoS H1B RFE using worksheet EY Law provided. I’m trying my best to be super thorough and specific linking academic degree (CompSci) to job role from DoL OOH (Tech Consulting, SOC=Comp Systems Analyst). EY Law says EY policy can’t show final RFE response to employee but I’m worried about generic legal arguments, job desc, and/or general lack of attention from EY Law to my case. What else can I do here to ensure best RFE response possible?
