Joined TCS 2 yrs back as IT Analyst , previously worked in Infosys for 4 yrs , so total YOE is 6 yrs .

But i want to do executive MBA ( 1 Year Full Time ) now , as i want to move to a managerial role .

My question is are there any tie ups with TCS and MBA colleges through which I can accomplish this , as I don't want to leave Job ?

If this is possible , whom to contact and what is the process ?

Also how much salary will increase after i do TCS sponsored MBA ?

I have an interview with Deloitte next week for senior associate Internacional tax in California. How much salary I should expect? I am sure this question will come up and I don't want to underbelly myself. Currently I am a senior at other Big4.

People joining TCS at Senior Consultant designation with 12 years exp, with no MBA degree or even from with exceptional experience in niche technologies is truth these days.

Existing employees with 20 years exp working on presales consulting, winning millions of dollars of projects in RFPs, delivering multi million dollar assignments are still not getting promoted and paid in peanuts

Hi everyone I had recently joined tcs on 10th August. Can anybody let me know what is the procedure to fill the timesheet allocated to the project yesterday but the task was not assigned yet.

I am a C3A (hence QVA is dependent on Unit's quarterly performance).
Assume I have 100% allocation for Q1 (from Apr-Jun), and if I put down papers in June/July, before Q1 results are announced, will I get Q1's QVA component in my July's payslip.?
