I picked this company bc I liked their product and the manager, but I’m already feeling 1. REALLY silo-ed . Final round! Panel interview w an assignment to present some ideas on how to increase customers for 1 of 5 key audience segments.
I’m most familiar with 1 as it’s the audience I work with at current job. Not enough info/experience with other 2 segments. Remaining segments I know enough but not as confidently.

Hi all. I’m finishing up school and looking to start applying for jobs in tech, I’m going for computer science, what range of salary should I expect going into this field?

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Is it even possible for us to come closer to a better agreement with them being so low? All other aspects of the job are in line with what I'm looking for, so I really want to make this work.

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research. How many annual leave days do you get? (I’m in the UK and a company i’m considering offers 25 days off a year)

Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year. It seems like comp opportunity is always decreasing during good times (I get it) but when it comes to adjusting during bad times, nothing was done. Is this normal for industry sales?
