3 YOE in Marketing through internships in college, followed by 2 years Financial Operations/Data Tools full-time. I got an offer for $75K at TekSystems for a Market Analyst role. I gave them a range of $70-75K, so they gave the max. But I am questioning asking for a bit more given insurance is apparently on the higher-end and I want to ensure I didn't low-ball myself.

Graduating in May and starting at a boutique commercial real estate firm mostly representing lenders. Is there any material I can start reading to help me get up to speed?

In CA: PC bought condo while with gf, then quitclaimed it to her via quitclaim deed and sold it to her for $100k, which they put in writing. Fast forward they broke up and PC tried to get his $100k from her and filed suit but her attorney is saying that since he quitclaimed the property to her he has no rights including no rights to the breach of contract claim. This doesn’t seem right but I’m having a hard time finding caselaw that directly says this. Any help will be appreciated!

Any defenses to put in an answer regarding violation of the IL Residential Real Property Disclosure Act.?
