I am currently working as a senior manager (general management/people role) & I realised that general management roles will soon be redundant. I am looking for opinion on the below as I am thinking to move careers and develop technical skills.

1. Should I go for data science vs. full stack
2. Approx time to learn full data science & learn full stack
3. Is there any other technical skills which should be learnt keeping future in mind
4. Is this right move?

Hi guys I am posting this again I have offer of almost same package from Accenture and IBM . Accenture offering is very slight more but that's not my key consideration. Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. Learning and project and latest niche technology is the other important factor after first 2 factors .

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

But I have read some horrifying reviews about the company on Glassdoor, indeed and other forums.

Beware a company called apnaklub currently hiring across functions. They are knockoff udaan with zero ideas who somehow managed to get some funding. They will do interviews for 1 month+ and then ghost you totally wasting your time.
