3 months basic pay is given as a severance pay.
Reason of leaving is mentioned as resignation only in the relieving letter, as at the end of PIP, they asked you to forced resign afterwhich you will be relieved within 5 working days maximum. Only the thing is that your relieving letter will show you that you relieved from the org. Within one week which you can easily cover by saying that you were on a bench.
Everybody in the industry is aware of BOSCH's downfall.
Process as follows:
There are 3 reviews scheduled for which 3 tasks are given. If you failed first 2 reviews, you will be asked to go at the end of second review itself.
Out of 3 if you passed 2 and failed one, there's is a chance to stay back but that depends on the manager/HR.
Anyways if they have done this just to fire you, then they will give you some impossible task, so be prepared for either ways.
Basically the HR and managers are sick 😂 who have no guts to use the term layoff and try to cover it under LPM .

It's a matter of self esteem even if they don't fire you, you should leave after coming to pip because it will put you in doubt about your ownself
Does he/she could serve notice period if they resign in between pip or immediate release??
Since there are a lot of posts about LPM, it would be helpful if you could share your CTC to determine whether only employees within a certain salary range were given a PIP.
Data in lpm is deleted in the background for my PIP. Bosch said they retain for 180 days only but data retention is 10 years in Bosch. These HRs are fraud people and they don't know basic of HR. Every data in Bosch can be manipulated.
I think likely they wont write anything bad in relieving letter - as there's no benefit in doing that.
There's no severance pay - as long as the process is abiding the contract.
If you perform well during pip, they will not fire you
Ignore these Bosch management and hr. Just stay calm and search outside . Otherwise it will lead to mental stress and there are lot out there who suffered due to Bosch. Infact they might take extreme steps unethically also against employees who raise questions to management .
So be very careful for yourself and your family. Nothing is is worth more than your health and your dependents health
Any meeting scheduled with HR also ??
Bosch HR repeatedly postpone meetings scheduled to irritate the employees and to delay the process and lead frustration , it’s a common practice. How come you aren’t aware of this. There was a suicidal attempt by terminated employees years ago, where the HR also deferred the meets frequently . This made the terminated employee loose hopes and end life .
This happened years ago but this is a common practice to postpone meetings scheduled stating- not in city , hr is busy etc etc
This happened somewhere in 2016 which I found on Google the Hindu news page . I wonder how can such important meetings get deferred, with people who need empathetic treat during terminated stage!
