I have a total of 3 years of experience and my last salary was 8 LPA. I got an offer from AMEX for 13LPA fixed and a total of 15LPA for band 30 for technical support Engineer.. is it reasonable package for band 30 or I'm placed low?

Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
