My current company is going out of business next week. I am rushing to get my next job lined up (probably won’t happen in time but I’m trying my best). My question is: should I be honest about why I’m looking for a new job? Is it wrong to not share this info during my interviews? Is this situation going to affect my interview process somehow? Does anyone think it’s a good idea to beg for a job and put your personal life out there to get sympathy, because that is what I am seeing every day on LinkedIn and then the recruiters and everybody will comment and send the jobs and they will end up with a job or interview the next day.
I’m getting close to the point of doing that because it seems like it is working.

Already mid Monday and second guessing myself.

I have gotten a verbal offer from Facebook, but I just had my phone screen interview with the hiring manager at Amazon yesterday. I want to reach out to the recruiter at Amazon and let them know what the timeline looks like. I would much rather have the Amazon job over the Facebook one. But I’m afraid if I decline Facebook then Amazon won’t happen. I’m just completely lost.

I joined capgemini on aug 19 2021 but no appraisal has happened till now.
HR said that I appraisal will happen in April 2023 ! Is that true..
That is a very very long time .

First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after. Is this normal? Should I stick it out for a few days or is this a big sign that I’m not on the right meds/dose? Nervous to keep trialling this during the workday since a midday crash is not ideal. Appreciate any advice!
