I have given an interview at Ltimindtree on 21st september kolkata drive. I got an email just after the interview that I have been shortlisted and need to submit documents. I have already uploaded the documents but didn't get any update after that. It's been 1 week. I followed up with my contact person but they said "HR will get back to you". How should I consider this?

Would anyone think it’s weird if someone has a squat rack in their bedroom or office? The past couple days I have been thinking about getting one of those models that folds up against the wall so I can save time commuting to the gym, dealing with crowds, save money in the long run, etc., but I live in apartment so I don’t have a garage to put it in.

After 6 years of temporary contracts and unstable situations, I find my dream job in my dream company. All of a sudden the world goes upside down and I get laid off. I start sending hundreds of applications, with only 2 recruiters getting back to me to say I don’t have experience for the job (this is how it works in Italy). Add a terrible health situation in my family and it seems there’s no light at the end of the tunnel. Ugh. 😞

We have been utilizing a third party asset manager. We have grown to the point where we just don’t think it makes financial sense to continue to do that and need to bring the portfolio management in-house. Have a few questions for the group:
How many models do you run?
How much time do you devote to this weekly?
What advice would you give to someone who has had total reliance on TAMPs but making a complete change to investment management style?
