AWS cloud application architect. Had an on-site interview with AWS a few days ago and just got an email saying they want to talk to me about next steps. The role is cloud application architect but I want to ask them about the senior cloud application architect role. I have all the relevant experience for that role and feel like I’d be a better fit for that senior role. How should I approach this conversation? Is this even possible? Amazon
Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

This might help calm your nerves. They’re just people. Just like you and me. They have more scope and responsibility within the company but we’re all human. Go and have a good interview and discussion with them! They’re not there to intimidate you, they want to know if you’re a good fit for the role, dept, and company.
In fact, they might want to see that you're not intimidated
They don’t care about your technical
Skills. Don’t start talking about the internals of some operating system or storage device. Do your research on them and the company. Talk about how you fit in the company. Be aware of their regulatory landscape.
Thank you! My role is actually regulatory focused.
Be curios. Bring a few questions with you - personal and work-related - where did you grow up, what do you like to do in your free time, what keeps you up at night, and finally, where do you see opportunities for someone in my role contribute right away? This is to the prev comment that they are people - by making it personal mixed with work you will be able to demonstrate a healthy self-esteem.
