It seems that You don't have negotiation skills at all. Holding so many offers and that too with same CTC.

You need strong negotiation skills in order to reach there they said they have budget constraints then drop them straight away...HR only work with hard pushs ...they know how to breaks candidates like you ..
I Agree. I asked for 19 lpa for one company and they said they don't have budget. I just dropped the mail I am not going ahead with this offer and everything changed. After 15 days they called me and gave 25 LPA.

Bro, for the last 3 years industry is super hot. Not even a start up fired anyone. Considering the news of recession coming everywhere. It’s better to be in a company that has large industry base. Honestly, in companies like TCS and iBM if you are skilled, you will at onshore for many years and will be at at advantage

The CTC is most same not exactly same ..there is less difference
Ask for counter offer buddy. There is no point in holding offer of less difference unless you want to join that company for other reasons. You could have straight away rejected those offers. Just holding multiple offer is not good thing. If counter offers results in increasing ctc then only you should take it.
Also some companies are having budget constraints like synechron ,datametica ..they can't pay more than that
No, their offer came at very early point and then I got better offers to which they could not match

Why you guys accept same CTC offers and create confusion for yourself.....in starting only reject the once who are offering same CTC...don't even accept compensation breakup....
Did Northern trust provide shift allowance ? If yes what will be the extra pay?
