Starting a new fully remote role Monday with a leader that has never had their own admin, let alone an exec assistant. Any suggestions for developing the relationship or training them to properly use an exec assistant?

I posted this somewhere else before I remembered that I am in this bowl :) so, I changed jobs 6-7 months ago and I am realizing it is not a good fit. Leadership seem to not want to hear the truth so people tell them what they want to hear and if you don’t middle management gets pissed at you. I am seriously thinking about looking somewhere else. My question is how do you answer the “why are you looking to leave” question without bad mouthing your current company?

Today i got my variable bonus of 10k, i get 59k inhand every month in which 2k gets deducted as tax, today along with the bonus of 10k I got 67k inhand and tax deducted is 4.5k. I'm kinda lost. Can someone pls explain y this?

I wish there was something I could say/do about it, but it's literally making my blood boil seeing them like posts about "uplifting" and "supporting" BIPOC, only because I know that once they get off their screens and they're the meanest people
