I joined Wells Fargo in January, and in mid year review, I got 'Inconsistently meets ' rating. Next month we will have annual rating and hike I am afraid I will get again 'Inconsistently meets '.

Will they put me in PIP if i get the same rating? As I didn't complete 1year in the company I can't even change my project. Any inputs from anyone would be helpful.

What are your client follow-up/communication policies or practices? I’m hearing more and more that clients don’t like the long periods of time with little to no contact. From my perspective, since I bill for my time, unless I have an update or need something, I don’t initiate a call. Also, clients hold on to important info and don’t initiate a call cause they’re waiting for me to communicate with them.

I have an offer from TCS which is offering 35 LPA. However the variable component is around 7LPA. I want to know does TCS pay variable 100% or they deduct a considerable amount from variable.
