Hi, I joined Wipro about a month back and my band is B3.
I was tagged to a project from day 1 but the project hasn't started yet as its a new account.

I recently got my Australian PR and my whole family has moved to Australia. If I talk to my manager and HR, will wipro consider transferring me to Australia because they do need need to file any visa as I am a permanent resident and do not require any Visa from wipro's end?
Do you think its a good decision to talk in just 1 month of joining?

How many project mphasis allow for a employee bcz within 1 year I have worked on two project. What will if 3rd or 4th .will they terminate .

Any tax accountants/attorneys in here? What would happen to the 401k of a foreign worker if they cannot longer maintain an immigration status and have to go back home? What about a ROTH 401k? Assuming they made after-tax contributions, would they still be able to take tax-free distributions if they are non-resident aliens for tax purposes?

Looking for some advice as I am considering relocating to US. How difficult is for HR professionals to get a work visa? I think from what I read I qualify under eb3 (no master yet) or h1b. How do for do about looking for positions that sponsor your visa? I'm in the defense sector and have previously healthcare and financial services experience. Fishes, I have a job title question. Does it matter if a role is in the same project with different titles? Example: SA, State and Local, Researcher vs SA, State and Local, Business Analyst. The job description makes it sound like they are the same project. However, Business Analyst does have more requirements/qualifications listed than Researcher. I’m coming from industry (3 YOE). Anyone else finding it very difficult to get any enjoyment out of account management these days? Any coping tips? I just want to say to the Indian managers / SMs etc. stop taking everything so seriously and stressing people out on your teams. I have had managers who put initiative work so high in importance that it stresses me out about client work. Chill out and stop emailing on weekends. Hang out with your families! Doesn’t mean don’t work hard but chill the heck out people. Clearly this is just a job that doesn’t pay you well enough in the first place why are you stressing other people out too?!
