Can u explain why u want to go to previous employer.... Aisa kya de diya unhone jo hm nhi de rahe 😁
B/w work will never be challenging here.... You will get more volume of repeated tasks and unnecessary work items. 🤣
And thats why people gets fed up after working straight 10-12 hrs. We all love challenging work and love to research more in the process, but thats the problem here, u need to complete yr research in fixed time. 😁 thats how we are creating a better world, by killing the people in old world. 😆🤫
One thing I've seen from ex-ZSers across the industry is they all would go back to ZS in a snap but the only thing holding them back is the WLB and the lack of competitive compensation.
I want to go back to ZS as well inspite of WLB but they just aren't competitive at all with the compensation anymore. But says a lot about the culture though when alumnae think back fondly about a firm.
Lets talk on work culture for 1 min... What is diff. in other firms?
P. S - EY is my first company & i never worked outside till yet.
Was thinking to leave ZS and join EY as one of my friend from IBM joined EY and was offered good package. Now i may need to reconsider 😅.
Or even better drop both ZS and EY coz of WLB🤪
I am trying to get into zs , interview is in process, round 2 but worried about wlb, is it so bad especially for working mothers?
It depends on the team honestly....but the best case scenario at ZS is also definitely much worse than what you would have at product based companies like Lilly, Dr. Reddy's and Novartis!
Thanks Pwc1. I will try in these companies as I am already serving notice period
