I’ve been at my job for 3 years and feel burnt out and at a breaking point. I started at 19, and it’s no longer a good fit. I unload trucks weekly, which I didn’t sign up for. I was asked once, and it became regular. I don’t enjoy it and was injured once. I’m struggling with management and don’t feel supported. I’ve lost interest in cashiering and feel like I’ve outgrown this role. I want to leave and find something different but feel stuck after being here so long.

I’ll start - I’m an advisor in Wealth Management with TC of $70k, 3 YOE and no side hustle. Among other things, rent just jumped from $2500 to $3700 for 2 bedroom and areas were looking at. I’d like to “make it” here but if it means switching career to make money I’d like to get an idea to make the right job change.
