Hi, I received an offer in Internal Audit at a Japanese bank. The offer is for 120k base salary with a 15% performance bonus. I’m a first year Senior Associate with no CPA in NY. Is this a good offer or should I stay at Big 4 for one year as a Senior?

There’s also an equity component: 0.15% of current fully diluted equity. This equates to about 30000 shares at a strike price of $2. They also indicate the preferred stock price is $6 and preferred stock equity is $188k (whatever that means). They are in the middle of a new financing and valuation round.
