I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Guys did you hear the big news???
My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

Normally it is 2 day wfo and 3 days wfh but it also depends on the team. They give both mac and windows depending on your role. Not sure what kind of perks you’re asking about but you do get office commute, phone/wifi reimbursement, meal cards, subsidised gym, shares are awarded to every employee every year in Feb and good learning opportunities
Barclays is an extremely Employee friendly organisation. I would recommend any day as it gives you peace of mind, focus on culture and values - not to miss the work load helps maintain work life balance

Barclays does have Cab facility at Noida and Pune. They should have in Banglore as well.
Overall Work culture of Barclays is good (but it differs significantly from Team to Team, manager to manager etc. so hope for the best)
What if someone take leave on anchor days , still they need to cover two days ? , people allowed to take leave on probation.
What if there is a holiday on anchor day
Yes, you are allowed to take leave during probation and notice period as well.
If anyone takes leaves only on anchor days, then usually they need to cover two days WFO in the same week.
In short, if your anchor day is Monday and Tuesday and you plan to take leave of 8days on every monday and tuesday to do WFH the whole month, it is definitely not allowed at all.

Hi I also got an offer from Barclays
They provide Windows only unless your role requires Mac specifically (like iOS developers). The salary deduction is less in banks compared to other companies like from your fixed component the only deduction will be Employee PF contribution and income Tax. That’s all. CTC does not include year end bonuses, health insurance, and other miscellaneous things but they are given to the employees. (If you share your yearly basic salary, i can help u with the ideal in-hand salary amount).
Every team have decided their two fixed days for working from office in a week so all team members will have to adhere to it. (Example, if its Tuesday and Thursday for your team, everyone has to come to office on these two days only)
No mobile or any electronics will be given. They used to give monitors but recently they have restricted only to limited team who really need to deal using multiple screens.
U got offer after attending drive? How long it took to get the process to offer ? I also attended drive recently however yet to get offer

I have also attended a drive on 1st March. They asked for documents via email and after that there is no communication from their side.
How u people are getting calls.. thru referral or direct apply.. I have applied multiple times.. but not getting calls
Got a call from a consultancy about the drive. They mostly pick the contacts from naukri portal.
Whats anchor days
Days of the week when u have to work from office.
Do we have to be present only on certain weekdays dedicated for a team. Can we do all days of a month at a stretch.
Yes you have to be present compulsorily on certain particular days of the week as decided by the Team. (i.e. everyone from the same team should be at office on these 2 or 3 days of the week). If you want to go to office on other days, that’s your wish. That’s extra and it does not count.
