I recently had an interview for an Analyst role in VCA. I didn’t do too well in the case study but feel confident in the behavioral/situation interviews. I got the answer but still stumbled a bit during. How are my chances if my case study interview was not strong but other interviews were? Also anyone have insight on the timeline for decisions after final interview? Is it possible to get an offer?
I really want this position and disappointed in myself for screwing up but still hoping. TIA

What are some good practices during the sales phase of a potential project to execute before the contract is signed? Seems obvious but would love some ideas on standard operating procedures that help with seamlessly handing over a signed contract to the account team. I am an associate at an AM200 firm and was (IMO) very clear prior to accepting this role that I value work-life balance and wanted to try to keep work at night on the weekends to a minimal, but since February, it seems like it’s always something that requires my time as needed disregarding “business hours” or my personal schedule. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter.
