Hi - I recently interviewed for a role at Google (I'm a Xoogler) and was told they're preparing my packet for HC / Comp Review.

Then, all of a sudden, the recruiter asked for additional internal references. I received extremely positive references. But, just a few hours later, my former manager who I didn't leave on the best of terms with, as I moved on for another opp with people management, checked my LinkedIn.

What do you make of this? Am I screwed?

Hi! Wondering if it is still with the $$ to get certified in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt? I have my PMP and a MPH— but wondering if LSSBB is going to make much of a difference to hiring managers? I am in a super good position at Jellyfish as a Director with a good room in terms of growth. Great responsibilities, work life balance and I strongly love my job. However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?

Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead. Does this happen? Or are they just being nice? What’s the probability that they’ll match me to another role?
