I recently interviewed for Amazon L5, Program Manager (non-tech), final round, 5 interviews back to back.
Got my result today that they have considered another candidate for this “particular” role. However, I am encouraged me to apply for other roles and she has put my resume back into database for HMs and Recruiters to contact me.
Caveat - I have no waiting/cool off period!!!!
What does this even mean?????

Are there any RPA UiPath openings in any of the big 4? Is lateral recruitment happening for these roles? Thanks in Advance

Hi fishes, in a dilemma....switched to a Big4 from MNC(almost 7 years of exp) in April 2020. The pay was normalised at 15.5LPA. Will get the package revised next month to 16.25 LPA. Now Deloitte has approached, so can I ask for 30%pay hike considering the switch will happen after completing almost 11-12 months in my current organization or can I ask for more than 30%, depending if I get a senior consultant or manager role? Also will the switch within a year have any negative impact?

Any thoughts on interviewing with 1.5-2 YOE in consulting, what level I would be coming in as at BCG? Wasn’t informed in my interview offer

I’ve been seeing all of the Instagram and Linked In posts from agencies in town showing their “commitment to transparency in hiring” and to hire more minorities in light of the BLM movement. I knew the numbers were bad, but holy shit, not THAT bad.
It’s infuriating to me, as a POC how many fucking times I applied, emailed and reached out to so many of these agencies without getting even the time of day.
I’ll believe their supposed commitments, when I actually see the results.
