I currently do planning system implementation at SC level. Quite technical stuff and less PMO. What are my future career possibilities from here onwards? Would you try to cash out refi and buy an investment property now; cash out and rent out your current place and buy a new primary or sell your current place and try to get buy a small investment and a new primary?
