And how is the company? How is the hike, work life balance? And is it compulsory to work from office every day?

I'm new to marketing and I am not formally educated in it. I have just been learning through experience with the business. I'm supposed to put together a Market report for our sales team to refer to but I have been stuck on what I even include.
