I'm a mechanical engineer working in design and development. I work on an automotive product, I have handled everything from concept development to series production release. I have a total of about 3 years experience, all 3 in this same role.

I'm considering doing my MTech, ideally in an IIT. Is it worth it? What kind of impact would I see on salary and jobs? What specialisations should I consider? Any other alternatives i should consider?

Ps: my current salary is about 9 LPA

Anyone who has/ heard of fbookers who successfully switched roles and gotten a promotion (L3 to L4)?

Context I am planning a switch from analyst to data scientist from a non US location to US. However, L4 is needed for this jump (prob due to visa issues). With the current revamp in PSC cycle, I am not sure if I can successfully get promoted by next year and make the jump. To do so, I heard there needs to be 2 EE (for this half and next half).

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. Hi fishes, what resources would you recommend to improve my uipath knowledge apart from uipath learning academy? I have one year of experience. What other technology integrations do you normally use with uipath in day to day processes leaving excel, pdf, smartsheet and mail activities. I would really like to become an expert in this field.

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.
