I'm an MBA graduate from IIT-Bombay with close to 2 years corporate experience and 6 months experience in my own startup.
Currently working as a Growth Manager wherein I help optimize both product and marketing teams.
I'm looking at similar profiles and I find that they require more experience so I'm pretty much unable to find any company to switch to for figure opportunities.
Any advices from people over here on how to look and where to upskill?
I'm taking home 15 LPA Fixed.

I’m getting put up for manager a year early. I have PPMD ,SM, and M support. Pretty much support from all the key individuals on my team and in my service line. Since it is a year early if i don’t get promoted this round I know it’ll come mid year but I do expect a good salary increase still without the promo. If I don’t get the promo nor a salary increase that I’m okay with, how do I let my partner know that I will begin to entertain outside offers? some of which have offered the manager role.

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.

PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?
