Hi, I’m applying to PwC as a senior associate for a purpose role in the southeast. Is 65-75k a low range for that level?

Of course, unless you’re joining AC

This is about right if you are not in a big city in the southeast (thinking Atlanta)

We are hiring a Senior Administrative Assistant at Baker Tilly US to support tax, audit and consulting professionals primarily in our east region. The job is remote with an expectation to be in office or the site of an event as needed for special occasions (large team meetings or trainings). Of course, with the global rise in COVID cases, most of those have been pushed to virtual again. If interested, please message me! Happy to connect on specifics.

Would it be inappropriate to apply for an ACD position with my title currently at mid level? I have the years of experience to qualify but haven’t been able to get any title promotion, not even to senior, at my current agency for the same reasons I’m looking for a new position. I’ve been looking for senior opportunities and I’m seeing a bunch of ACD positions opening up. Don’t want to look like I don’t know what I’m doing for trying to hop a level.

I'm looking for help bringing discipline and excellence to an org with very poor brand compliance, a rat's nest of sub-brands, and little understanding of marcom (the role, value, and difference between good and bad). The 30 person marcom team 'gets it,' but the 8k other employees don't. Anyone have examples where they were able to effect change in a similar environment?

I recently was offered a Recruiting position at Deloitte - I’m super excited about it and they offered me in the mid 80k range which is significantly more than what I’m making now- does that sound like a fair salary? For reference I’m in the Texas area and my current role is with another Big 4 making roughly 30k less so it’s a big jump and seems like the right direction with lots of positivity.

Started working LinkedIn a couple of weeks ago as a contractor but just got reached out by Microsoft for a Sr PM position and passed the initial interview with the Hiring Manager. Now I’m booked for the final round of interviews and I don’t know how to feel. I really like my current team but being a contractor I get no benefits. If offered a position, would you take it and not look back? Any cons at all to leave LinkedIn only a couple of weeks after joining?

Seems like a lot of us want to move from the technical enginnering role to the product management role. How many of you have managed this trasnition successfully?
