I'll be joining tw as UI Lead, soon.
I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?
Ps- I'm good at UI,js, react etc.

Are you working full time on building it? I don’t think it matters one way or another, but I’ve had a startup on my LinkedIn for like a year and a half and no one’s even questioned it.
I see what you mean. I also believe it should work like that, hopefully we’re right!
Best of luck with your project as well, hope you guys make it!
I agree with the person above. I don't think that is going to make you unemployable. Now I will say the job market is rough so people are settling for "bad" opportunities just to have a job in this economy.
I appreciate that perspective, thanks
