I’m joining Barclays as a BA4 in 10 days. It’s the best offer in terms of CTC among the others Ihave, but I’m concerned about tech exposure. For the past two years considering I’ve 2.5 years of experience , I haven’t learned much in my current role no Spring Boot, microservices, CI/CD, or production work and I’ve been upskilling on my own.
I’m worried about making the wrong choice again. Can anyone at Barclays (especially in tech) share insights on the learning opportunities and tech stack?

I'm in a new role, and working with data on a scale I haven't seen before (petabytes). When you are designing complex logic at this scale, what is your approach for load testing? I've been working with a tiny subset of data, but now I have a couple ideas I want to test and compare on a larger scale, but the scale of this data is honestly overwhelming to me.
