Petrol. Why because cost of petrol engine is lesser than diesel.
There is not much difference in there prices and mileage as well.
Also petrol car has 15 yrs registration diesel have 10 years.
Diesel pollutes higher than petrol.
Diesel louder engine.
Service cost diesel higher than petrol.
Since your monthly run is less you can choose petrol.
Okay thanks
According to your usage mentioned, you can go for petrol engine since the engine refinement is more good in petrol and would be good for long time usage.
Btw, Congratulations for choosing XUV300! 🤝
Dream car for many like me..
Thanks bro...i wish you'll buy someday
Petrol
Yeah
If u have daily or high usage then diesel is better option as mahindra's diesel engine are best but if u have low running then u can go for petrol
Yeah okay
Go with Petrol Varient
Okay
If your daily run is less go for Petrol. Diesel engine Maintainence is high and vibration is also high though Mahindra diesel engines are good compared to other Indian segment, try buying as used 1 year old I would suggest as cars are diminishing asset and will give you good value out of the money spent
Yeah okay
Chief
Test drive both. You will fall in love with the diesel. Its an absolute rocket.
If you can stretch, go for diesel. You will not regret it. As others have mentioned, only drawback is bootspace and outdated dashboard.
Yeah i took the diesel test drive i just love it
Use this calculator to calculate fuel cost. Talk to users to get actual mileage rather than the ones in brochures or books.
Add service cost yearly over and above and calculate on a 5 year basis. You can arrive at a decision then
Yeah ill check it

I would recommend to buy maruti brezza rather than XUV 300 if going for petrol .., brezza's petrol engine is superb, lookwise also it looks ,much better than XUV 300, but if going for diesel go with xuv 300, i would strongly recommend to compare both the cars .. create a table list features .. give marks to it what you really want like 1---5 .. then add the total count then buy that car
