Hi, I've been applying for jobs for over 2 years onto my core field Biomedical, but all I got jobs in other sectors like 2 to 3 jobs but whatever I'm applying even for an internship or entry level position, i don't even get a chance for an interview, even there's no ATS system, they're not selecting my resume itself, I even tried all possible things like communicating with professionals, rebuild my resume to pass the ATS score, it's kind of nearly perfect now for my resume, but still same why ?

I have cleared all the interviews for the HR Manager role at ICICI bank. I have a total of 6yrs exp with 1 yr as an HR. What CTC can I expect from ICICI? My current ctc is 12 LPA

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”

Since there is a heavy impetus on solving Tree, LinkedList, and Graph problems for tech interviews, it can naturally make freshers believe that these concepts will be used in day-to-day life at work. In reality, most of these DSA concepts are already implemented in some libraries our code uses and we rarely have to code such Algorithms by hand.
