Hi, I've been meaning to apply to the FAANG RPM programs and similar but have been facing a tough time getting shortlists. Could you guys please help me with some resume tips and suggestions; and possibly some constructive criticism on how my current one is (attaching herewith)? Google, Uber, Spotify, Visa, Facebook (Meta) RPM/APM to name a few. Thank you!

After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

Starting a new job at Applied Materials on Monday as a Manufacturing Engineer III. I’ve been out of college for 5 years and all of my work experience till now has been in R&D for start ups and small businesses . So not only is this a new experience for me going into such a large company but also a industry (semiconductors). Does anybody has tips or advices on what I should expect as a new hire and how I can set myself up for success? Thanks!

Something a resume writer had once told me, that resumes look fancy in tabular form but should not be written in rows and columns. Just keep the columns. If you are applying to these companies, look at what the JD says, add those key words. Your college projects seem to take a lot of space, you can utilise that to write more of your current work.
Good luck!
