How often do you have sex? How long have you been together? I’m lucky if I get it 1x a week and I’m getting frustrated.

Currently in a committed relationship and just came to the realization that I have actually never been single in my life. What exactly counts as ghosting . ?
You go on a date spend quality time , you have some intimate moments and the next thing the guy does is unmatch you on the app without sending a text.
Does this count as ghosting ?
Is expecting a text from other person saying " this is not what he is looking for " is too much to ask ?
This kind of behaviour puts other person on the self doubt mode.

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? I need advice. I met an amazing guy on a dating app. We talked for 4 months and most of the convo was sexual. I fell so hard for him and it was because when we met up in person he was so kind, caring, and respectful towards me.
