I’ve been working at SimplexMed Supply, a medical billing company based in Abbottabad, for the past 2 years in the IT Support department.
My responsibilities include handling all technical IT issues, server management, PC troubleshooting, network maintenance, and managing network switches and other hardware.

I’m now looking to grow in my career and would really appreciate advice on what a fair salary range would be for someone with my background and responsibilities.

This is gonna sound stupid, but I’m honest - I can’t do math. Calculating a tip is as advanced as I get. Thank god for excel formulas and a math savvy husband. At the end of the day, I pay all the bills (I know- but I’m more organized) and make double his salary, what low stress effort (on my limited math capacity brain) can I do to increase wealth?

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years.
