Hi, Joined Birlasoft recently. Wanted to know how the On Duty thing works here.. I am trying to get it approved for a long time, but no one cares. Is that really a point of concern? Do they really care about OD requests?

Also, they are asking to go to office full 10am to 6pm everyday, as I am on bench. I have a 1 year old baby to take care of. Just to go and sit there in the ofc throughout the day is hard for me. What if I don't go to ofc during bench period?

Dilemma: I am 1 of 4 workstream leads on a large digital transformation programme. My background is Enterprise Architecture, and I am leading a team that includes Enterprise, Solution, Integration and Data Archs.

If I wasn't so desperate for the resources, I'd roll off 2 new integration archs that recently joined.

Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. If you know that life, I’m pretty much the main parent for our kids. I don’t want to work in the hospital/floor work anymore; nor do I believe the hrs are flexible enough. Do you think all these violent and hate filled attacks are because people aren't getting the emotional/mental support they need, whether it's therapy at any age or help they needed but didn't get from a social worker as a child?
