How easy is it to get a rotation at Google? I’m still in the stages of applying, but I’d like to ultimately transfer into something different than my current skill set. I figure it is easier to get a job that aligns exactly to my current skills sets, then transfer internally with a rotation.

I need some insight. Just had a phone interview for a management job in healthcare. I felt comfortable and felt like the interview went well.
