Working in logistics I speak with a lot of different customers, carriers, warehouses, brokers, etc and I am looking for a way to organize the notes I have for each one that I can filter through. Yesterday someone told me: “I will never shop here again!” I saw them at the same time the following week! Lol. Just a reminder to not take anything too personally.

I grew up with a lot of social anxiety so I can't really believe I'm saying this, but my favorite thing about working at a store is that I have to talk to people every day. It's really helped me come "out of my shell" and stepping outside of my comfort zone has given me more confidence than I ever thought it would.
