May I know which company to join. I’m confused with three options.
Everi Holdings(chennai) - pros: Better package, product company. Cons: will take a month to onboard, tech stack is bit old, i think.
Thoughtfocus(Bangalore) - pros: onboarding is soon, tech stack is good.
Cons- Package less than Everi, seeing bad employee reviews.
Minorilabs(Coimbatore) - pros:near to me, onboard soon, tech stack is good

Cons: couldn’t see any review, startup company

Anyone familiar with Amazon's Solution Architecture team. Sounds like pre-sales /architecture type work. inputs on work, culture, pay, etc. appreciated

Expecting an offer from both Deloitte India and Capgemini.
Deloitte India - Senior Consultant
Capgemini - Associate Consultant

Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.

Am I on the right track?
