Accenture offer - 22 fixed + 0-27% variable + 1.5 lakh joining bonus

I don't really want to do a standard 1.3x multiplication of my current fixed salary, but also have no idea about how to benchmark for such a niche role.

During HR round in Accenture, we have agreed on 8.1 LPA as fixed but after document upload I got a call from different HR and he is offering less package than before around 6.78 LPA but after some discussion I have to agree on 7.5 LPA.
