Hi my IBM sharks.

I got GDP and PA today.

GDP: 1.7% of Annual reference salary
PA: 1.7% of Annual reference salary.

My band is 7A and I joined IBM in May 2022.

I got project in November 2022 and have been in same project since then.

Should I be happy with this much GDP PA? Or should I have got more?

Nice bowl to avoid lowering the average in the US-centric threads. Anybody else finding that with the lack of pay rises this year, it’s become even harder to benchmark? I work for a mortgage company and I service many commercial mortgages that are unique in structure which makes servicing more challenging. Since we are a smaller company we have to come up with solutions or work harder get things done. I would say I do some managerial work now and train new staff.
