I got GDP and PA today.

GDP: 1.7% of Annual reference salary
PA: 1.7% of Annual reference salary.

My band is 7A and I joined IBM in May 2022.

I got project in November 2022 and have been in same project since then.

Should I be happy with this much GDP PA? Or should I have got more?
