I recently moved on from Oracle where I was working as a Lead SDET, and currently evaluating a few offers. Surprisingly, most companies are offering Senior SDET roles instead of Lead roles, though compensation is decent.

Current offers:

• Expleo Group – 26 LPA fixed, 3 days WFO
• Coforge – 25 fixed + 5% variable, 3 days/week from client office
• Encora – 26 fixed, fully remote

My background:
~10 years in Automation QA/SDET role

which one should I go for

Visa friends! Had an interview in London, got the verbal, and am doing the visa dance. Started the process 2 weeks ago with HR and now they've ghosted me since then, though they said I have stuff to fill out ASAP. Normal? And am I too American pushy if I reach out to the hiring manager (and my future team) for an update instead?

I'm in Silicon Valley, and been in the industry for about 15 years now. Fell into the corporate in-house role and been in those ever since. I primarily do marketing/brand design. I'd love to get to AD level, but I think my main issues has been that I rock the boat a lot and don't play the "corporate game well", piss off the wrong people. Does anyone have any advise for how to advance in corporate environement while keeping the integrity of creative alive?

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
