Hi - need some help. EY lawyers are preparing to file my I-485 probably won’t be sent to the USCIS until late December. My I-140 is still not approved yet and I have a current H1-B visa stamp u til June 2022.
I wanted to know about traveling while this (AOS) is pending. Does it mean I can’t travel outside the US beginning December 2022 u til I get my green card?
