Have you tried posting on your personal social media that you're looking for a job? I've found that leveraging my own network is WAY more beneficial than just throwing in applications. I think a lot of companies are hiring, but it's also taking a ridiculously long time to sort through applications (or they aren't pulling down the listing when it's filled.) Try to apply for brand new posted jobs first for a better shot of being seen. Good luck!
Sounds like you need to figure out what you want to do and develop some technical skills. Good luck!
LinkedIn. Are you using it? To the other posters point, it can be leveraged to get your profile and resume out to potential employers.
Have you done a post mortem on your applications? Maybe you need to have others look at your resume and cover letter.
Are you tailoring resume to each job application? You likely need to use keywords from the post to get past auto filters.
LinkedIn also can help. Reach out to people in companies you’re interested in to get referrals. That may get you around robo screeners.
I'm sorry to hear this. Apply to jobs is such a numbers game. Don't get discouraged. You will find somethings soon.
The beginning of the year is usually when people are hiring the most. Where are you looking to find jobs? LinkedIn is good source for jobs.
Try to customize your resume to each job application. That really helps. Many jobs scan your resume for keywords and automatically throw out ones that aren' t a match. It takes time but it's worth it in the end
